Why I Built The Trustfall Collective

There’s a reason The Trustfall Collective feels a little louder, a little bolder, and a lot more honest than what you might be used to. That’s not a marketing angle—it’s the result of lived experience.

I created this work after years inside systems that looked inclusive on paper but felt performative in practice. Where “data” meant checkboxes—not lived experiences. Where the people doing the deepest emotional labor were the ones most likely to burn out, be overlooked, or pushed out.

And I carried a lot through it:
Invisible illness.
Mental health struggles.
Caregiving.
Identity.
Impact fatigue.

I know what it feels like to be the one pushing for change while barely holding it together behind the scenes. To be the quiet leader in the room. To do the right thing even when it’s inconvenient for everyone else.

The Trustfall Collective is for people like us—the ones who care deeply, lead intentionally, burn brightly, and sometimes burn out. This work is about building systems that don’t just sound inclusive, but feel like safety. Where strategy, data, and soul replace jargon and performative fixes.

And yes, P!NK is in the DNA of this brand. Her music reminded me, in every era of life, that you can be soft and strong. Messy and worthy. Exhausted and still standing.
